Data center infrastructure requirements may in many cases exceed the available utility provisions in selected site locations due to high power and multiple connectivity needs. Utility agreements and negotiations with providers is a challenging process, which requires to align infrastructure drawdown plans of the planned data center with infrastructure growth plans of the utilities, which may also require management of additional off site infrastructure capital expenditures. KENT has extensive experience in this area helps to control infrastructure budgets and ensure on time delivery of external utilities.
Our internal team of architects and engineers is multi disciplinary covering all fields including civil, electrical and mechanical design, and we also work with best in class design consultants locally to ensure that the concept design is developed in the detail and quality required for the best possible implementation for construction documentation and adapt to client and end user requirement changes. We work with best in class solutions partners specialized in HSE full time in our construction sites to protect our staff, subcontractors, equipment, operations and safeguard our clients. Our civil engineers have in depth knowledge and experience to deliver mission critical facilities in seismic locations.
We work vendor neutral to ensure optimum price & quality at every circumstance. We have established relationships with best-in-class equipment vendors that support us with timely delivery of long-lead items.
Following the construction we test all critical equipment and overall facility within the agreed form with our client and prepare necessary close-out documentation to complete the handover. We plan testing and commissioning processes early on and cooperate with commissioning agents of the clients to ensure smooth handover.
